We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and plans may change. However, as each appointment is specially reserved for you, we kindly request a minimum of **24 hours’ notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your scheduled session, a **cancellation fee equal to the full session cost** will apply. This policy ensures that our practitioners’ time is respected and that other clients waiting for appointments can be accommodated. We encourage punctuality to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session and to help us maintain a smooth schedule for everyone. By booking an appointment with Aurika Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
