At Aurika Wellness, we value your time and the commitment you make toward your health and wellbeing. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and plans may change. However, as each appointment is specially reserved for you, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your scheduled session, a cancellation fee equal to the full session cost will apply. This policy ensures that our practitioners’ time is respected and that other clients waiting for appointments can be accommodated.

For clients using insurance coverage, the session will be processed as per the information we have on file. Missed or late cancellations will be eligible for insurance billing and will remain the client’s responsibility.

We encourage punctuality to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session and to help us maintain a smooth schedule for everyone. By booking an appointment with Aurika Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
