We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm the specifics of your coverage. Payments Upfront Payments If you prefer to pay for your treatments upfront, we accept payments via cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac Debit. You will receive a receipt, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Claim Submission or Direct Billing Option For those with insurance plans that support direct billing, we can submit claims on your behalf to the following insurance providers: - BPA - BlueCross - Canada Life - Canadian Construction Workers Union (C.C.W.U.) - Chambers of Commerce (Johnston Group) - CINUP (Johnston Group) - ClaimSecure - Cowan (Express Scripts Canada) - Desjardins Insurance - Equitable Life - Empire Life - First Canadian (Johnston Group) - Greenshield - GroupHEALTH - GMS Carriers 49 and 50 (Express Scripts Canada) - GroupSource - Industrial Alliance - Johnson (Express Scripts Canada) - Johnston Group - Manion - Manulife Financial - Maximum Benefit (Johnston Group) - NexGen Rx - RWAM - SSQ - Sun Life Financial - The Cooperators - Union Benefits Please note, some insurance plans may not support direct billing. In such cases, payment will be due at the time of the session, and we will submit the claim for you to receive reimbursement. Due to lengthy hold times with some insurance companies, our team may not always be able to assist you with coverage details. However, many insurance companies offer apps where you can check your plan details and coverage in real time. Motor Vehicle Accident Claims If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, medical and rehabilitation treatment is covered through your auto insurance accident benefits. As of July 1, 2026, auto insurance is the first payor for these benefits. Please ask our receptionist for more details on how this process works.
